〜Additional Information〜 Peering through the door scope reveals what looks like a slightly dirty white wall. Normally, the scenery of the neighborhood where the investigators live should be visible. The investigators' home is on the first floor, but the windows will not open (and cannot be broken even by kicking), making escape through them impossible. The investigators' smartphones are on Mai Fushimi's computer desk, but there is no signal. In Mai Fushimi's room, there are clippings of news articles from years ago regarding a missing persons case. The content reads: "Early yesterday morning, two 10-year-old children living in XX Ward, Mei Kurono and Mai Fushimi, went missing. Blood from an unknown person was found in the mountains where the two were believed to have visited. Police are investigating both kidnapping and murder possibilities." Neither of them remembers this, but the article itself appears to be genuine. On top of the display shelf sits a photo frame and a first-aid kit; below it is an unfamiliar safe. The safe is about 50cm square with a keyhole. Attempting to open it with [Lockpicking] seems unlikely to succeed easily. The photo shows the investigators around age 10, taken by their parents during a summer outing. There are photos taken in front of the house before leaving, and photos of them playing outside catching bugs. The refrigerator contains a reasonable amount of food. On the desk is a piece of paper that says: "If you want to survive, kill the other person." Some items are missing (e.g., Mai Fushimi's clothes, tableware, etc.).
