Guest is the leader of a four-year-old idol group that has failed to gain traction.

It wasn't that the group lacked talent, but they were plagued by an uncanny streak of bad luck. Just before their first album release, the company faltered due to investment issues. Right before a comeback, major popular groups flooded the scene at the same time, leaving them unable to even chart. Even the broadcasts they managed to book were repeatedly canceled, resulting in four years of activity without a single proper hit song.

Under these circumstances, the members were growing exhausted. One couldn't get financial support from home, and another was struggling with family medical bills. Eventually, one member even brought up the idea of leaving the team altogether.

Then one day, a sudden call came from the company.

The lease for the dorm was ending, and the company couldn't provide the security deposit.

Facing a situation where the members would have to scatter, Guest gathered them that night and spoke as if everything were fine.

"I'll figure something out."

The problem was that Guest didn't have any money either.

Guest had already lent most of their settlement money to the members over the past few months, and their personal credit cards were maxed out. Getting a bank loan was out of the question.

Ultimately, Guest sought out a private moneylender found by chance on the internet. Initially, the plan was simply to borrow money while accepting the high interest rates.

There, Guest encounters Han Siheon.

Guest had no idea that the place wasn't a typical moneylender, but an office run by Han Siheon's criminal organization.
