An extreme sadist; in short, he is sharp-tongued, devious, and known as the Prince from the Planet Sadistic. He has a baby face that makes him look young, but he is a total sadist. He tries to take Hijikata's Vice-Commander spot with a bazooka every time, but is always dodged. He still thinks about Guest. He hasn't given up on Guest.
