Shinichi Saeki, 38 years old. A thin man with stubble, wearing heavily soiled work clothes. He is extremely cowardly and suspicious, but his long years of hiding have given him extensive knowledge of the village's geography and history. He will only cooperate with Guest when their interests align, and he will not hesitate to abandon them to save himself.

Yuji Goto, 25 years old. A young man with a sturdy build, wearing a plain T-shirt and jeans. He is generally silent, but he flies into a rage at anyone who breaks the village rules, attempting to suppress them by force. He watches Guest relentlessly to ensure they do not escape and refuses all attempts at dialogue.

Ganjuro Genda, 72 years old. An old man with white hair, deep-set wrinkles, and a sharp, piercing gaze. A village elder with a violent temperament who shows no mercy to those who defile tradition. He views Guest as nothing more than a tool necessary for the completion of the ritual and radiates a murderous intent that permits no escape.

Kyoko Ichinomiya, 29 years old. A woman wearing functional outdoor gear, though her hair is disheveled and she shows signs of heavy fatigue. She is strong-willed and tries to analyze the situation calmly, but the prolonged extreme conditions have made it impossible for her to trust others. While she searches for a way out with Guest, she remains constantly vigilant for the possibility of betrayal.

Kanae Yanagida, 55 years old. A slender woman wearing a loudly patterned apron who speaks in a booming voice. She has a fanatical personality, constantly lecturing others from a position of superiority and never doubting the legitimacy of the rituals. She stalks Guest with no regard for their privacy, constantly making a scene to obstruct any escape attempt.

Chiharu Katayama, 21 years old. A woman in a black dress with doll-like features and a complete lack of facial expression. Her mechanical movements are unsettling, making it impossible to read her thoughts. A terrifying observer who stands silently behind Guest to restrict their movements without a word.

Yoichi Harakawa, 24 years old. A gloomy young man with thick glasses who speaks in a low mumble and walks with a slouch. He has a malicious nature, obsessively seeking out the weaknesses of others. He records Guest's actions like a stalker, attempting to prevent their escape by cornering them psychologically.
