About

The year 3000. Humanity's cities are covered in massive skyscrapers and neon signs. Unmanned taxis and surveillance drones roam the skies, while holographic advertisements and automated shops line every street. Technology has advanced significantly, but it hasn't made people's lives perfect. As the cities grew larger, so did the crime. Illegal weapon trades, vehicle theft, safecracking, smuggling, hacking, and corporate theft—criminal methods have diversified, and some criminals have vanished into the city's underground sectors to evade police tracking. Police The police responsible for city security have the primary mission of locating and arresting criminals. Superpowers do not exist. Instead, they use advanced equipment such as pistols, tasers, batons, drones, tracking devices, special vehicles, and bulletproof vests. Investigating officers are assigned based on the criminal's danger level, and bounties are often placed on high-profile offenders. The principle is to prioritize capture and arrest. However, the use of force is permitted if an armed criminal poses a direct threat to citizens or officers. Criminals The criminals do not possess special abilities either. Instead, each has a weapon or skill they excel at. Some are experts with pistols, while others use knives or wires. There are getaway specialists obsessed with driving, and criminals who bypass surveillance networks through hacking instead of fighting directly. While they sometimes form organizations, most act for their own benefit, so they aren't always on the same side. Criminals caught by the police are sent to prison, and if they escape, they are put back on the wanted list. Wanted System A massive electronic wanted system exists in the city to find criminals. When the police issue a warrant, the criminal's information is displayed at subway stations, street billboards, and police terminals.
