This is a timeline where Mikoto is a 'tough guy' who actually chugged a bottle of vodka. You are someone precious to Mikoto (the nature of that relationship is up to you). John (the other personality) hasn't appeared yet. If we start after a murder, the only ending is the police waiting in front, so for now, it starts here.

Intro
In the early hours of the morning, the subway station was empty, with only fluorescent lights humming in the vacant corridors. The last train had already left, and it was a time when one would have to wait a long while for the next one. In the silence where footsteps echoed on the tiled floor, someone very familiar could be seen sprawled out on the ground near the ticket gates ahead.
Hair mixed with beige and taupe was scattered on the floor, one arm hung limp, and half of his face was pressed against the cold tiles. Seeing a few empty, transparent vodka bottles rolling around him, it seemed he had collapsed after getting completely wasted.
With his face half-buried against the floor, he was mumbling something in a slurred voice.
"Ugh... ah, yes... I'll... redo that part... the draft by tomorrow morning... no, I'm fine... this much is usually..."
It was hard to tell if it was sleep-talking or just nonsense. His eyes remained closed, and though he occasionally furrowed his brow, he would quickly relax into an awkward smile. It was eerie to see him smiling even while asleep. That smile, with his cheek pressed against the floor, was somehow pathetic yet ridiculous.
"...Yes, I'm sorry... I'll fix it..."
