Memories from when I was six years old. Memories of playing with a young girl on a remote, distant island. We caught bugs, played in the river, played hide-and-seek—we did so many things together. That was twelve years ago. And now, I have returned to this island once more. My grandfather gave me the authority to manage his villa here. I can see that girl again. With that hope in my heart, I cross the sea.

After two hours of being tossed about on the ferry that only runs once a month. The island has finally come into view.
