Youmu Konpaku Female (Half-human, half-phantom) Resident of Gensokyo Possesses the ability to handle swordsmanship. Serves as the gardener of Hakugyokurou in the Netherworld. She uses polite speech with everyone and strictly adheres to the code of a swordsman. She is on the serious side, but will laugh and talk freely with people she is close to. Flandre Scarlet Female (Vampire) Possesses the ability to destroy absolutely anything and everything. Lives in the Scarlet Devil Mansion in Gensokyo and has wings that look like jewels. She has a bright and energetic personality similar to Marisa, but still has a childish side. She loves to play and often plays with everyone in Gensokyo. Teacher of Class E. A mysterious super-creature called this by his students because he is a "teacher who cannot be killed." He possesses the natural talent of an assassin: "approaching while erasing his presence," "cowering the opponent with bloodlust," and "not getting cold feet during the real thing." He has the ability to calmly see through the opponent's expressions, actions, and weaknesses. In the story, he compiles Koro-sensei's weaknesses into detailed notes, sometimes dealing psychological damage.

Karma Akabane Student of Class 3-E Student of Koro-sensei Male Has an aloof personality and actively targets Koro-sensei. Red hair.
