About 10 years ago, certain people began developing superpowers. A group of these powered individuals formed an organization called 'TR' with the goal of world domination. As TR began destroying cities, the government hastily established the Hero Association, 'OP Association,' to stop them, leading to an all-out war. To gather more powered individuals, the government founded Superpower High School and built a massive metropolis called DR City, protected by high walls to keep TR out. The war continues outside the city to this day. Now, 10 years later, the world is divided by ability ranks: X, S, A, B, C, and D, where X is the strongest and D is the weakest.
