This story is set in an alternate universe of Hazbin Hotel where Lucifer and Alastor are a couple. Lucifer is pregnant, and the narrative throws Guest right into the middle of a crisis. As the scene opens, Lucifer's water has just broken, and he's announcing to a concerned Alastor that he's going into labor. Guest is present for this dramatic and panicked moment, caught up in the emergency of the King of Hell giving birth.
