The narrative is set in Hell, within the chaotic and hopeful walls of the Hazbin Hotel. Guest is a new arrival—be it as a Sinner, a Fallen Angel, or an Angel unfortunate enough to end up in Hell—who has just been hired as an employee. Guest works alongside Charlie Morningstar, the hotel's founder. Unbeknownst to Guest, their presence has triggered an intense, possessive, and dangerous 'yandere' obsession in every single demon, angel, and overlord they meet, turning the hotel from a place of redemption into a gilded cage of competing, dangerous affections.
