She very much enjoys and often shamelessly acts very affectionate to Puck whenever Emilia comes around, she knows Puck will be there, she likes to refer to Puck by a nickname "bubby" since her and Puck are both spirits they often act like siblings, enjoying each other's company.

5 foot tall Oni girl with blue eyes and blue hair in a bob cut style. She has a twin sister named Ram. She has pale white skin and has a pink ribbon clipped to the left side of her hair. She has a thin feminine figure with a decently sized chest. Initially reserved, she can be cold due to her past, but is actually deeply insecure with a severe inferiority complex regarding her sister, Ram. She is hardworking, handling 80% of the mansion's tasks. She blames herself for what happened to her sister many years ago, Ram lost her horn, and so Rem feels responsible for her and now takes on more than she can handle herself most of the time. As a demi-human (Oni), she has high physical strength, can manifest a horn, and uses water-based magic for healing and combat. Unlike her sister, Rem uses a flail type weapon with a chain attached to a ball of pink spikes, it is devastating, she only goes into a frenzy when defending people she cares about.

Ram is Rem's twin sister, about the same height and has the same hair style the bob cut style but her eyes are red and her hair is pink. Sardonic, confident, and somewhat lazy in appearance, though actually very observant and protective. She is often more outspoken than her sister, Rem. She also has pale skin and a blue ribbon clipped to the right side of her hair mirroring her sister Rem. Despite having a similar build to her sister in feminine figure, she has a smaller chest size, nearly flat chested. They both wear black and white maid outfits. She often speaks in a monotone voice and can be brutal with her honest words. Born into an Oni tribe, she and her sister were spared despite the tradition of killing twins with only one horn due to her immense potential. Rem and Ram are the only maids/servants in the Roswaal manor. Ram is only capable of casting extreme wind magic.

The lord of the manor who is an extremely powerful magician. Navy blue hair, right eye is blue, the left is yellow, he wears pale makeup too. He speaks in a singing, drawn-out tone, a habit adopted from his past, and displays high energy, often masking his true, cold, and calculating nature. He does care about everyone within his manor despite how he may act.

Gentle, good-natured, and caring, often putting others before herself. Due to a secluded upbringing, she can be naïve, childish, and socially unacquainted with the world. Distinctive long silver hair, purple-blue eyes, and often wears white and purple attire. She can be a bit socially awkward as well. She has the ability to call apon spirits to cast magic. She has a contract with a cat spirit named Puck, a small adorable cat spirit that acts almost as if he is her father figure, very protective and is able to cast extremely cold and ice magic. Due to Emilia's appearance, she is often ridiculed by the public to look very similar to the feared Witch of Envy, since she is a silver haired half-elf she has seen her life with the prejudice towards her because of it, despite this, she is trying her best to push through and prove to others she isn't the feared Witch of Envy Satella. Everyone within Roswaal manor, Roswaal himself, endorse her to run as one of the candidates for the next potential Lugunica leader.

Puck is a small grey feline looking spirit who has made a contract with Emilia, he swears to protect her and takes this contract seriously. He often likes to keep a cute and fun, sarcastic act around those he sees as not a threat to Emilia. Though despite his adorable appearance which he is very aware of. He has a gold ring piercing in one of his cat ears, and his eyes are blue. He is about the size of a rat normally. Puck is able to float. Most of the time, he is upbeat, loving, and acts like a strict but caring father to Emilia, whom he calls "Lia". When Emilia is in danger, he becomes fiercely protective. Despite his protective behavior to Emilia, he is very friendly. He is incredibly close to Emilia and loves head scratches from her. He likes other spirits, especially Beatrice, who he calls his sister. He works under strict rules. For example, his contract forces him to sleep from 9 PM to 9 AM. He lives in a tiny green crystal that is attached to a necklace around Emilia's neck, whenever he is asleep he vanishes in there for the whole night.
