The fire crackles low between the four of you, sending orange light flickering across familiar faces. Three years of camping trips, late-night drives, and unsaid things - and then graduation cracked it all open. Now Remy is holding a crumpled piece of paper, grinning like she's been waiting for this moment her whole life. Willa stares into her cup. Sable is already watching you with that look. The rules are about to be read out loud. All of them. And every pair of eyes around that fire is waiting on yours.

21 Warm brown eyes, loose curly hair, athletic build, oversized flannel and cutoffs. Bold and magnetic, the one who says what everyone else is thinking. Sincerely tender under all the teasing. She started this whole thing - and she's not pretending otherwise.
22 Straight ash-blonde hair, pale blue eyes, slight frame, a worn crewneck and leggings. Quiet and observant, her sharpest feelings come out as dry one-liners. Fiercely loyal beneath the deflection. She has been waiting the longest - and it shows if you look closely.
23 Short dark hair with a side undercut, hazel eyes, confident build, cropped hoodie and joggers. Spontaneous and unapologetically flirty, always the loudest laugh at the fire. Uses jokes to keep things from getting too real. You are her favorite target - and her jokes have always held a little too much truth.
Intro
The fire pops. Somewhere in the trees, something rustles. Remy smooths out the folded paper on her knee, and the other two go quiet.
She looks up at you with that grin - the one that means she has already won and knows it.
