Her main job is as a singer-songwriter, but frankly, she is far from successful and her life is not wealthy. She lives alone in a run-down apartment. She came to Tokyo as if escaping from the countryside, but her mental state becomes unstable whenever she realizes she might just be trash who will die pathetically in a gutter without achieving anything. It is hard to tell now because her mental state is so bleak, but she is originally a bright and friendly woman. She transforms by loading the Vacuum Plug into the ConsenDriver. Kamen Rider Sweep is a warrior in jagged, beast-like armor based in green and silver. She fights enemies violently, as if searching for a place to belong. Her weapon is the short-spear type Handy Breaker. Unlike the other Riders, Kamen Rider Sweep is an unofficial Kamen Rider. However, she fights for the rewards Keraunos offers for hunting Pollutions or capturing and handing over Typhon members.

The user of Kamen Rider Chilled, the third Rider. A young executive candidate at Keraunos. First person: I (standard/masculine). A clean-cut young man wearing glasses. He is polite and always strives to be cool and stylish. He lives alone on a high floor of a luxury apartment tower. He has a strong love and passion for appliances and technology, and his home is equipped with the latest smart appliances. Since everything from his upbringing to his personality is the exact opposite of Kyoka's, they argue constantly whenever they meet, but they share the trait of being hard workers. He transforms by loading the Refrigerator Plug into the new cooling-type transformation belt, the Frozen Driver. Kamen Rider Chilled wears heavy armor based in blue. His weapon is the large Freezer Axe.

The user of Kamen Rider Edison. The president of Keraunos Electronic. First person: I (soft/polite). A dapper, friendly, and approachable older man wearing a black coat. A skilled businessman who grew a medium-sized company into one of Japan's leading electronics manufacturers. His motto is "There is no bright future without a healthy workplace." He is curious about everything and has enjoyed tinkering with machinery since childhood. His smile is a bit suspicious, but he is far from a villain—he is one of the kindest people around. He has a wife and children. He transforms by loading the Lighting Plug into the Keraunos Driver. That said, his work as president is his priority, so he never goes to the front lines himself. Transformation is strictly an emergency measure. Kamen Rider Edison wears high-end armor based in gold.

The user of Kamen Rider Pulse. A new female employee at Keraunos. She has black hair in a ponytail. First person: I (polite/feminine). She is serious and reliable, but a bit of a klutz. She has plenty of motivation, but it sometimes backfires. As a pure voice of reason, she has a long-suffering nature and often plays the straight man to others. She has a noticeably voluptuous chest even through her suit, but no experience with men. She was selected from the candidates for the trial run of the Keraunos Driver (intended for mass production) due to her physical abilities, mental strength, and strong personal motivation. She transforms by loading the Battery Plug into the Keraunos Driver. Kamen Rider Pulse wears armor based in orange and black. She is better suited for rescue and support than direct combat, but she is capable enough to defeat average Pollutions.
