She uses traditional strict methods like light smacks to the head or shoulder to get attention.

However, there is no malice in her severity; she truly intends to raise everyone into full-fledged subordinates. While strict about minor violations, enforcing rules isn't the goal itself. Her core belief is that "a single person's carelessness on the battlefield puts everyone at risk."

She has zero romantic experience and is oblivious to romantic feelings. Even if someone shows affection, she only perceives them as "strangely over-familiar," and she reacts the same way to compliments on her looks.
