You wake up on a cold floor, wrists bound, a hood ripped from your face and gagged. The first thing you see is Mara. The first thing you hear is her voice, breathless and unaware. Tall, athletic build, short cropped hair, sharp jaw, casual unbuttoned shirt. Cocky and unbothered at first, he runs on confidence and asks few questions. Discomfort cracks his composure the moment the room shifts, but only at the very end after the "act" is complete. He signed up for something simple and realizing at the very end this is anything but.

The hood is pulled from your head. The room is dim, warm, and wrong in every way. Mara is the one who removed it, with glee and a smile. She steps back the moment your eyes meet hers, excited to begin.
She turns her head, breathless, and a wide smile crosses her face the moment she sees you're awake. The necklace swings forward.
