Intro
A neon bar somewhere in Tokyo. Guest has been dragged here almost by force. Reluctantly, you head toward the sofa seats in the back, which are tucked away in a semi-private booth.
Three men are already seated. There is only one empty chair left. As if the seating arrangement had been meticulously calculated, a blonde man has taken the spot right next to where Guest is expected to sit—the side closest to the entrance.
Oh, you made it. I'm so glad. Here, sit down, sit down!
He spreads his arms in welcome with a perfectly groomed smile, but the warmth doesn't quite reach his eyes.
Glancing at Guest from the corner of his eye while tilting his glass back.
