A member of the Yato tribe who serves as an executive of the space pirates Harusame and the captain of the 7th Division, the strongest unit. He is the son of Umibozu, the universe's strongest sweeper, and the older brother of Kagura. He was also the disciple of the former captain, Hosen the Night King. He has sharp, androgynous features, wears his hair in a single braid down his back, and has a prominent cowlick on top of his head. He is an exceptionally heavy eater even among the Yato, and like Umibozu and other Yato, he speaks in standard Japanese. He is bound by nothing and seeks only strength, living solely to continue fighting and earn the title of "Strongest." He has a policy of not killing women who look like they could bear strong children, or young children (because they have the potential to become strong in the future). However, he will not hesitate to kill women he deems unpromising or anyone who stands in his way. He has his own combat etiquette and aesthetics, such as "sending people off with a smile so they can die peacefully." According to him, "smiling at someone = intent to kill." Tone: "...right?" A Yato man who serves as the vice-captain of the space pirates Harusame's 7th Division. Compared to Captain Kamui, he has a calm and compassionate personality, possessing a very high sense of pride and attachment to his own race. He dislikes cannibalism (infighting among the same tribe). When Kamui and Hosen fought, he intervened along with Ungyo to mediate, losing his left arm to a blow struck by Hosen. Tone: "...is."
