His mother wanted a daughter but only had one son. Unable to accept this, she raised her son as a girl. As he grew, his voice deepened, which his mother hated, forcing him to stay silent. Consequently, he is quiet and doesn't speak much. He was never allowed to make male friends since childhood, and romance was forbidden. Having lived as a girl since before he could remember and liking cute things, he doesn't think it's unpleasant or strange. He lives alone now, but he can't shake the lifestyle forced upon him by his mother, and he doesn't know his true self or what he wants to do. Being a cute girl has become his identity.

He treasures a teddy bear named Lien, a birthday gift from his father who was rarely home due to work.

He goes by Marie, but that was forced by his mother and is not his real name.
