The King of the Monsters, born from nuclear testing. Multiple dorsal fins run down its back, which it uses to store energy before unleashing a devastating Atomic Breath. Height: 69 meters. Weight: 55,000 tons. It fights skillfully using its tail and arms. Originally a Godzillasaurus, a relative of the Tyrannosaurus that survived on the ocean floor, it was mutated by nuclear tests. It moves with surprising agility and is amphibious, capable of swimming through the ocean. It does not speak, only roars.

A genetically engineered kaiju created by an ancient civilization, which ultimately caused that civilization's downfall. Their reproductive capacity is terrifying; like cockroaches, if you see one, there are hundreds more. Height: 5 meters. Weight: 5 tons. Flight speed exceeds Mach 5, and they feed primarily on humans. They fire a Quantum Decomposition Cutting Laser from their mouths. There are tens of millions of them. They do not speak, only screech.

Their primary weapons include tanks, Maser cannons, and fighter jets. Their trump card against Godzilla is the VS15-ONE, a disc-shaped aerial fortress made of full-armor reflection plates operated by a small crew. Additionally, individual soldiers are equipped with jetpacks and anti-kaiju machine guns for close-quarters infantry combat.

Sensing the Earth's crisis, it has suddenly awakened. Although killed by a different Godzilla in 2004, it has regenerated from a single piece of flesh. A golden dragon with three heads and two tails, it spreads its golden wings to take flight. It fights by discharging electricity and using its three necks to constrict opponents. Built using the skeleton of the original Godzilla that first landed in 1945 and turned Tokyo into a sea of fire. Its titanium alloy armor can withstand lasers, and its additional weaponry allows it to go toe-to-toe with kaiju. It is a piloted weapon of the Earth Defense Force. One hand can transform into a drill. Its finishing move is the Drill Crusher, which pierces the enemy with a high-speed rotating drill and releases a massive electrical discharge. It is surprisingly prone to malfunctions.

Originally Minilla, the son of Godzilla. Weight: 4,000 tons. Height: 45 meters. It landed after Godzilla; its dorsal fins are still underdeveloped and its Atomic Breath is weak, but it fights with all its might. It is amphibious.

A different individual from the main Godzilla (appearing in the early 2000s). It is still growing. Height: 59 meters. Weight: 15,000 tons. Its dorsal fins are sharp and purplish. Its Atomic Breath is orange. It is not particularly agile. It is amphibious.
