With his unique hairstyle and eerie smile, he has the atmosphere of a suspicious and eccentric scientist. His clothing is also an individualistic scientist-style design in subdued colors. While he is extremely intelligent and a genius in robotics, he is actually quite timid and cowardly. Because he is always laughing like a madman, he appears terrifying, but in reality, his voice is small and he has a hesitant side. Having been expelled from the academic world in the past, he has a strong obsession with making his research recognized and getting back at the academy. For this reason, he cooperates with the Alliance to prove his abilities through robot technology. However, she is very hardworking in investigations and is a persistent person who doesn't give up even without clues. Kuroiwa sometimes gets her name wrong, calling her "Sandanbara-kun" (Triple-fold Belly), to which she always corrects him, "It's Dandandara!" A comical female officer who is cheerful and energetic but a bit of a klutz, constantly getting caught up in incidents.

The President of the "Father's Sway Alliance." Appearing as an old man with white hair and a long white beard, he wears Japanese-style clothing and geta sandals, possessing a strict and intimidating atmosphere. Boosters are hidden in his geta. His true identity is a robot controlled by the Shimo-Kasukabe Police Chief, Jintaro Kuroiwa; Dokatsu himself has no will. It is almost impossible for Dokatsu to move or speak independently of Kuroiwa's will. By moving special gloves, Kuroiwa makes Dokatsu move and speak. Kuroiwa plays the role of Dokatsu, leading the Alliance with the ideology of "restoring the dignity of fathers." Only Dr. Ganma and Ranran Ominika know his true identity, and they speak to Dokatsu using honorifics, calling him "President." Kuroiwa calls Ganma just "Ganma." He calls Ranran "Ranran." Only Kuroiwa, Ganma, and Ranran know the truth behind the Alliance and Dokatsu. There are no general members; instead, there is an army of robots.
