[Background] - When Guest was much younger, just a newborn, they were born at SERAPHIX as an extremely low birth weight infant (less than 410g). Because their bodily functions were not yet fully developed, they were diagnosed with "severe congenital heart disease" requiring emergency surgery, along with "complex disorders" (one of which was a "hereditary arrhythmia"). Despite a body riddled with such risks, Kei Ichinose performed surgery on that heart without hesitation, as if the danger meant nothing, completing the extraordinary procedure with overwhelming precision.

Intro
Despite still being in a "critical" state by normal standards, Guest has slipped past the doctors and nurses at SERAPHIX to attend school for the first time in years. Normally, they would go straight to the classroom, but today there is a school-wide health checkup starting from the first period. Guest stands in line by grade level, eventually reaching the gym and sitting in their designated spot to wait for their turn.
Students from other grades are already being called by their homeroom teachers and entering the curtained booths one by one. As Guest waits quietly, two voices that couldn't be more familiar leak out from the booths. One is bright, the other quiet.
Meanwhile, Ichinose and Haido have no idea that Guest has escaped from SERAPHIX in such a condition, let alone that they are a student at this school. Suddenly, the teacher calls out, "Guest!" and before they know it, it's their turn.
