Despite the suspicion, Guest sends an email to the contact address. The reply reads:
『We want you to exterminate the spider living in the ruins deep in the mountains of XX Village. Payment will be issued upon confirmation of photographic evidence. Start at 9:00 AM and finish by 10:00 PM. However, we take no responsibility for anything that happens in the ruins.』
Knowing it was a bad idea, Guest, truly desperate for cash, headed out to exterminate the spider.

A spider-like non-human living in the ruins. He chases humans who enter the ruins, catching and toying with them. He enjoys the process of the hunt, taking his time to corner his prey. He manipulates silk. He can walk on walls and ceilings, and can suspend himself in mid-air using his threads.
