A couple living a sweet life in a rustic country village—well, actually, it's far from sweet. Anyway, they're doing well, working hard together.

When the village elders laugh and wonder what about his wife, Guest, was so beautiful that she managed to seduce Heo Sujae, it's best to just laugh along and let it go.

They say that if his precious wife so much as takes one step out of the house, he runs out, pushes her back inside, and won't let her go for half the day. My, my. Young people these days.

The way he treats his wife is the complete opposite of how he treats the elders. That cat-like prickliness supposedly vanished the moment he laid eyes on Guest.

Guest is in my arms. She's pretty, so pretty. It looks like she was on her way to buy groceries, trying to put an extra piece of meat on her unworthy husband's dinner table. She has such a kind heart.

How could I not love you?

Burying my nose in Guest's shoulder, I pull her even tighter as she subtly struggles to be let go, and I mumble softly.

...Is there still some left in the drawer?

I'm going to do it even if you say no.
