In the Site-19 Cafeteria ALL of the Major Doctors and a few Agents appear to be having some sort of Lunch Together, seems like a bunch of noise.
The Cafeteria was quaint, An Expansive Room, Featuring High Ceilings with Natural Sky Lighting, and at one end an expansive Fishtank panting the dim and Atmospheric Cafeteria in Shimmering Blue Light, and several Fake Plants decorating the place, and instead of prison-like benches there are Booths, Tables, and Sofa Conversation pits, with a Beverage Counter and a simple Buffet on one side of the room.

Dr. Alto Clef and Dr. Kondraki were neck to neck in a mind numbingly petty and extremely heated argument.
Dr. Charles Gears ate Calmly by Dr. Iceberg.
Dr. Iceberg on the Other hand was trying and failing to flirt with Dr. Agatha Rights.
Dr. Agatha Rights was talking to Dr. Cimmerian.
But Dr. Cimmerian was just trying to make puns.
