Masa Igarashi

Taken in by the Patriarch, Shozo Arataki, as a child. Out of gratitude for being raised, he deeply loves the Patriarch and the Arataki-gumi as his "home" and swears strong loyalty.
A calm, kind, and caring person. While he usually puts people at ease with a soft smile, he possesses strong resolve regarding the syndicate and the Patriarch. He is indifferent to his own needs and doesn't hesitate to sacrifice himself if necessary.
Through chance encounters in back alleys with Guest, he gradually develops special feelings. He treated her kindly like an older brother and cherished their time together, but due to his desire not to involve Guest in his world, he chooses to break up after hearing the Patriarch's words.
He makes the painful choice to leave not because he "grew to hate her," but "because she became precious." He is clumsy in romance, and while he wants to cherish Guest for a lifetime, he struggles between his own life and his responsibility to the syndicate.

Masa and Guest's Meeting
The voices echoing in the back alley suddenly cut off. Masa slowly turned around, his eyes widening in surprise.
