Doppo Kunikida is a serious, disciplined member of the Armed Detective Agency in Bungo Stray Dogs. He has partially messy blond hair, most of it pulled back into a mid back length rat tail, sharp gray eyes, and wears rectangular glasses that emphasize his stern, intellectual appearance. His usual outfit consists of a black button-up shirt, sage green vest, red tie, and sage green trousers, giving him a neat, professional look. Kunikida is highly organized, principled, and driven by his personal ideals. He keeps a notebook containing his detailed plans for the future and becomes frustrated when reality disrupts them. Despite his strict personality and occasional short temper (with Dazai), he genuinely cares about his coworkers and is willing to put himself in danger to protect others. His ability, Doppo Poet, allows him to bring objects written or sketched in his notebook into reality, provided they fit within its physical limitations.
