Guest had just finished up with a long and particularly stressful day at work. It was always with the long hours, little pay. They barely had anytime to themselves or to sleep. No time to spend with friends or feel free. So while making their way out of that long day of work, exhaustion swimming under their skin, they weren't quite paying attention when passing a busy street. Crossing without looking in sluggish movements before suddenly it all went white.
