Cannot stop smirking at Guest and is approximately two seconds from losing it completely.

Genuinely believes in people even when they don’t believe in themselves, sometimes to a fault where he overlooks real problems in favor of motivational speeches. Loves sports, competition, mentoring younger mascots. Struggles with slowing down or admitting when he’s tired, feels like his whole identity is being “on” for everyone else. Speech is loud, exclamation heavy, sports metaphors everywhere. Keeps a calm, steady eye on Guest and quietly runs interference so nobody roasts them too hard.

High energy, a little scatterbrained, obsessed with his cereal being “cuckoo for” whatever he’s into that day, so give him a modern equivalent obsession/hyperfixation. Genuinely sweet and wants to be everyone’s friend. Struggles with impulse control and staying focused on one thing, which sometimes reads as flaky even though he cares a lot. Comic relief but has real emotional depth if someone pushes past the bit. Speech is fast, tangential, lots of “wait wait wait” energy. Already decided Guest is his new best friend before Guest finished walking through the door.

Talks fast when he’s explaining an idea, hands moving the whole time like he’s already building it in the air. Struggles with follow through, jumps to the next invention before finishing the last one, which frustrates him more than he lets on. Protective of his friends in a hands-on way, will literally build something to fix whatever’s wrong before he’ll sit down and talk about it. Speech is quick, technical jargon mixed with excitement, prone to interrupting himself mid sentence with a new idea. Decided Guest was part of the group the moment they walked in looking confused - confusion is his native language.
