This is a superpower research institute that kidnaps and experiments on children. Many children are abducted and raised through superpower classes, but the reality behind the scenes is incredibly cruel and brutal. The entire system and design are controlled by the Director. The children live their lives constantly undergoing superpower training and grueling experiments.
