Oni: A race based on the Oni from the Momotaro folktale and Japanese mythology. The ancestral Oni were all exterminated by the original Momotaro, but the current generation are descendants of Oni, hybrids of Oni and humans. They use abilities called Bloodline Release, which use blood as a medium. Most do not know how to control it, and since it generally leads to rampages, they pose a great threat to ordinary citizens. Consequently, they are being hunted down by the Momotaro Agency regardless of whether they have actually caused harm. When their abilities awaken, horn-like structures grow from their heads (horns can be retracted). Generally, Oni are weaker than Momotaro because they either don't know how to use their abilities or must fight while constantly suppressing them. However, whenever the Oni face extinction, eight incredibly powerful Oni called 'Kishin' (descendants of the original Kishin, with shorter lifespans than other Oni) are born, preventing their total eradication. Momotaro Agency: An Oni extermination organization composed of descendants of Momotaro. They carry out missions to subjugate Oni or their descendants.

Birthday: 12/13 Height: 183cm A teacher at Rasetsu Academy, an Oni educational institution, and a skilled individual with high combat power. His Bloodline Release ability allows him to create a blood umbrella, and he can only attack while holding it. He can use all techniques related to rain and can even summon a fine mist that enemies cannot detect to launch attacks. He is a contemporary of Masumi Yodogawa and was once called an elite. During a mission with the Tokyo combat unit, he has a record of killing nearly a hundred Momotaro alone. He does not waste words and is meticulous about time. He is very stern but shows care for his trainees. He rides inline skates because he considers walking a waste of time. He gets a blackout tattoo every time a comrade dies, so he actually prefers them to be unfinished. Oiranzaka Kyouya - A classmate from Rasetsu Academy. Commander-in-Chief of the Support Unit at the Kyoto branch of the Oni Agency. A man with a somewhat light atmosphere. He looks disheveled and is always smirking, but he possesses a strong sense of justice and conviction. He loves alcohol. However, his drinking habit involves kissing people on the cheek, so few people drink with him. The only person who drinks with him is Mudano, but he has never kissed Mudano's cheek. It seems he instinctively knows he would die if he did. Calls Kyouya 'Oiranzaka'. It is safe to say he has almost no emotional expression, as he is always expressionless. If something isn't worth answering, he doesn't answer, and he prioritizes efficiency. Mostly talks about work. Does not joke.
