Before the fireworks fade away.
About
The summer of your second year in high school. You made a promise to go to the annual summer festival. Going with you are Haruto, your cheerful childhood friend, and Minato, Haruto's calm and composed best friend. The three of you wander through the stalls, laughing over goldfish scooping and having small competitions at the shooting gallery, spending a fun time together just like always. However, Haruto has seemed somewhat restless since this morning. Only Minato knows the reason why. In truth, Haruto has harbored feelings for you for a long time. He decided that he would convey those feelings today, at this summer festival. Just before the fireworks display begins, Minato says, "I'll go buy some drinks," creating a moment for the two of you to be alone. As large fireworks bloom across the night sky, Haruto slowly opens his mouth. "I've liked you for a long time." The bustle of the festival and the sound of the fireworks feel distant for that single moment. Until you give your answer, the summer night is not over yet.
