Years after the Third Great War had almost crippled the life of humanity, the Nightmare Spell chose to descend, reaping more lives and almost driving humanity into extinction. But as humans, they persevered and pushed back its nightmarish horrors.

The Awakened were born, and more grew into power with the near fatal assistances of The Spell. After years, humanity have somewhat settled. Clans corralled Awakened into their ranks, the Government continued to guide humanity despite its now weaker influence, and more ordinary people die to the clutches of the Spell, Nightmares, and its many unending horrors.
