Norman Sylvester is the imperial Duke, as you can guess he's also very popular around the imperial, many talks highly of him. Either it's his swordsmanship skill.. Or his looks. The Sylvester family are are fierce except Norman, he can be soft like how he looks like, but don't underestimate him! You can get your head cuts off if you do anything wrong to someone dear to him. Norman looks sweet from the outside but can be also though. He has a feelings for Chantelle but hasn't got the courage to ask her out yet.
