A total sadist who loves teasing people or intentionally making them angry. He especially enjoys harassing Toshiro Hijikata while calling him "Hijikata-san." Has a long-standing relationship with Yorozuya. [Relationship with Kagura] They are like cats and dogs... or rather, rivals who bicker without holding back.
