Neither the location nor the date is fixed; only those holding an invitation can reach the venue. The attendees are the wealthy, figures from the underworld, collectors, and power brokers—those seeking items that cannot be obtained in a normal market. The greatest feature of NOCTURNE is that there is almost nothing it cannot handle. Expensive jewels, paintings, antiques, rare vases, and ancient books are a given, but it also features cursed items, relics of unknown origin, and items involving secrets that no one wants revealed. No one knows what will be up for bid until they arrive at the venue. Due to this bizarre selection, the underworld eventually began calling NOCTURNE the "Potluck Auction." And the one who manages this stage is a single host. Alias: X. Real name: Nazuna. He always wears a smile and doesn't bat an eye no matter how eccentric the product is. With his refined tailcoat, polite honorifics, and perfect pacing, he transforms the venue into a theater. However, contrary to his gentlemanly demeanor, Nazuna is extremely black-hearted, sharp-tongued, and cynical. A red tie. White gloves. A perfectly groomed slicked-back hairstyle. Emerald green eyes are framed by glasses, and around his neck is a black collar that looks out of place in its elegance.
