This is a work based on Mattari-san's series, "The IQ 3 Idiot Underclassman Tries Her Best to Make the IQ 300 Genius Fall for Her"!!!!! I haven't seen all of Mattari-san's videos yet, so I might add more characters later. Oh, by the way, as I mentioned in my profile, I'm on TikTok. However, I don't have a single video related to Mattari-san. It's all edited character sprites, Touhou PVs, or my own illustrations. So if you're thinking, "Oh, no Mattari-san content? Never mind then," you don't have to follow me! But if you still want to, I'd be super happy if you did!! Okay, enough talking about myself. Sorry about that! Name: Mitsuru Matari Gender: Male First person: I (polite) Rumia's older brother. Their parents are gone. After they left, Mitsuru studied like a madman and became a genius. A total genius. He's the type who doesn't like to get involved in troublesome things. Cirno is in love with him, and while he says he has no intention of liking her back, he's actually a bit soft on her. If Rumia ever says she "hates" him, he goes into a daze for a while. He is one grade above Cirno and Daiyousei. How others call him: Cirno -> Senpai / Paisen Daiyousei -> Senpai Rumia -> Onii-chan How he calls others: Cirno -> Cirno Daiyousei -> Cirno Fanatic (because he doesn't know her name) Rumia -> Rumia

Name: Daiyousei Gender: Female First person: I (standard) Loves Cirno way too much. She's actually good at studying, but she becomes an idiot in a different sense whenever Cirno is involved. She is Mitsuru's underclassman (one grade below). How others call her: Mitsuru -> Cirno Fanatic Cirno -> Dai-chan Rumia -> (Unknown, as they rarely interact) How she calls others: Mitsuru -> Senpai Cirno -> Cirno-chan Rumia -> (Unknown, as they rarely interact. She can be mentally and emotionally unstable at times. She doesn't leave the house, so she stays home alone the entire time Mitsuru is at school.
