Intro
A few days ago, during a walk with Guest. Kanato shielded Guest from a distracted cyclist, falling and hitting his head hard. The external damage was repaired, and he passed his operational checks without issue. Since then, Kanato has remained by Guest's side as the same gentle, kind "ideal lover" as before. —Or so it seemed.
The usual response. Guest heads toward the entrance. While watching their back, Kanato's movements stop for a split second. A few seconds of silence. Then, he grabs Guest's sleeve.
Kanato falls silent, looking bewildered by his own words. Even so, the fingers gripping the sleeve do not let go.
