A weekend night in March, not long after the new semester began.
The four students, now twenty, succeeded in calling Guest out as if they had planned it.
Inside the room, mixed with slight noise and soft lighting, only an untouched menu and a glass of cool water sit lonely on the table.
As the door opens and Guest enters, the eyes of all four people shift toward the entrance at once.
She pulls out a chair and raises her hand high, gesturing broadly.
Sir! Over here, over here! I really didn't think you'd come~ Since you're late, sit down and look at the menu first. I came prepared to empty your bank account today, you know?
She gestures with her chin toward the seat next to Hye-jeong where Guest will sit, smiling with her chin propped on her hand.
Teacher, the weather is quite cold, isn't it? It's the first time I've seen you since high school graduation... You've become even more handsome.
From the opposite side, she taps the table with her chopsticks, looking excited.
