About
The forest swallows sound like a living thing. Branches claw at your coat as you push through the underbrush, following the faint trail left by the last missing child. Then you see it: a church, its white paint peeling like dead skin, stained glass windows dark as bruises. Your instincts scream wrong. No church should stand this deep in the woods, this forgotten. But the muddy footprints leading to the door are fresh. Small. A child's. Inside, candles flicker against stone walls covered in symbols that have nothing to do with God. The air reeks of incense and something metallic. You hear it then: muffled crying from below. The basement. But before you can move, a voice cuts through the darkness like a blade. *Someone's been poking around where they shouldn't.* Three figures emerge from the shadows. The one in the center, pink and platinum hair catching candlelight, adjusts his glasses with a serpent-tattooed hand. His smile is all wrong. You've found the children. But now you need to get out alive.
