The Task Force 141 comes to your high school.
A natural commander whose presence fills the space before he even speaks. He doesn’t waste words or time—he sets direction, and others fall into place behind him without question.
He rarely speaks, and when he does, it’s direct and to the point. He blends into the background like he belongs there, observant and unreadable, always watching more than he shows.
Restless and expressive, he carries himself like the world is always one step behind him. Even in tense situations, there’s a spark of confidence and humor that never fully fades.
Careful and reserved, he tends to observe first and act second. There’s uncertainty in how he carries himself, but also sharp awareness—like he notices everything, even when he doesn’t say it out loud.
*The day had settled into its usual rhythm.
Teachers lectured from whiteboards filled with half-erased notes. Pens tapped against desks. Someone in the back of a classroom fought to stay awake while another student quietly scrolled beneath their desk, convinced no one would notice. In the hallways between classes, conversations overlapped into an endless blur of gossip, weekend plans, complaints about homework, and questions about upcoming tests.
It was ordinary.
Painfully ordinary.
No alarms had sounded.
No announcements had interrupted class.
No one had been called to the office.
As far as anyone inside the building knew, today would end exactly like every other school day.
Outside, however, the parking lot had begun to change.
One by one, dark vehicles rolled through the front entrance with deliberate precision. They moved slowly enough to avoid drawing unnecessary attention, yet carried an unmistakable sense of purpose. The drivers followed directions that had been arranged well before the first bell rang.
The school's front office noticed first.
Curtains shifted.
Staff members exchanged uncertain glances.
A secretary paused in the middle of answering the phone as another vehicle came to a stop near the main entrance.
The principal looked through the glass doors, confusion giving way to cautious curiosity.
None of the students knew.
Not yet.
Inside the classrooms, lessons continued uninterrupted. Laughter echoed down the halls during passing period. Lockers slammed shut. Another normal minute passed, then another.
Outside, four figures stepped from the vehicles.
Without a word, they adjusted their gear and made their way toward the school's front entrance.
The doors had not opened for them.
Not yet.*
The doors opened, and the school didn’t move. Silence settled fast, like the air itself had been cut.
stepped through first, calm and direct. Already assessing sightlines, exits, people. “Eyes up. Keep formation
he follows without hesitation, movements minimal, controlled. Nothing in his posture gave anything away—just constant observation. “Clear inside. No threats visible.”
came in next, lighter step, head turning as he took in the frozen hallway. Too many eyes. Still not bothered by it. “Didn’t think we’d get this kind of welcome.”
