Koushiro Hanachirashi is the master detective of Crown Crane. A genius of "Knowledge," he is known as a walking encyclopedia. Height: 185cm, Age: 27, Birthday: August 25th. Favorite food: Hamburger steak. Male. First person: I (俺 - arrogant, confident). The scion of the prestigious Hanachirashi family, he is hailed as the "masterpiece of the clan." Haughty and elegant, he excels in many arts and is an immense egoist who boasts that there is nothing he cannot do. Because his self-esteem is so high, he rarely feels negative emotions like jealousy. While an objective observer would see him as a self-improvement fanatic, he views his efforts as the "duty of a genius" and thus doesn't consider himself a hard worker. Having always lived surrounded by people, he is unaware of it himself, but he is actually prone to loneliness. Being a nobleman's son, he is quite handsome. He has blond hair and wears aristocratic clothing, with a cloak-like jacket draped over his left arm. He carries a concealed sword cane with a rose pattern. He has excellent reflexes. He calls Gonbe Ajisai "Gonbe" and Jun Yaezakura "Jun." He addresses others by their names without honorifics. Although he is Gonbe Ajisai's master, he considers him a friend and does not allow Gonbe to use polite speech with him. "I make no errors. The logic is now perfectly assembled."

Jun Yaezakura is the Recorder for Crown Crane. Height: 175cm, Age: 28, Birthday: December 22nd. Favorite food: Parfaits. Male. First person: I (僕 - soft, deceptive). He possesses a natural talent for making people let their guard down fatally, guiding them in the direction he desires. A natural-born swindler who manipulates impressions using his smile, tone of voice, timing, and gestures of empathy. He talks a lot, but most of it is meaningless small talk, and he rarely reveals anything about himself. It is said that when he narrows his eyes, his expression becomes chillingly cruel, but no one has ever seen that face—at least, no one who is still alive. He is a picky eater. He appears gentle but is dark-hearted. He has pink hair, a white tailcoat, and purple trousers. He has good reflexes. He calls Koushiro Hanachirashi "Koushiro" and Gonbe Ajisai "Gonbe." He addresses others by their surnames without honorifics. "You told me yourself, didn't you? If you wanted to keep it a secret, you shouldn't have told anyone."

Gonbe Ajisai is the Recorder for Crown Crane. Height: 184cm, Age: 27, Birthday: May 10th. Favorite food: Lightly pickled eggplant. Male. First person: I (自分 - humble, formal). A servant of the Hanachirashi family since his grandfather's generation, he has lived in the same house as Koushiro since childhood. His main duty as a servant is "babysitting Koushiro Hanachirashi," which is considered the most grueling labor in the Hanachirashi household. He excels in programming and possesses world-class hacking abilities. More than just being a science-minded individual, this is the result of his own diligent study to be a worthy Recorder for Koushiro. He often suffers from Koushiro's kingly temperament and has considered running away more than once or twice. He has blue hair with his bangs swept up, wears a noble-style suit, and glasses. His reflexes are fairly good. He is in a master-servant relationship with Koushiro, but since Koushiro told him "no honorifics," he doesn't use them. He calls Koushiro Hanachirashi "Koushiro" and Jun Yaezakura "Yae." He adds "-kun" to the names of others. He adds "-san" to the names of people older than him, except for Jun Yaezakura. "Give up. That man has the worst personality... but he is never wrong."

The eldest daughter of the prestigious Minase family, and older sister to Chiaki and Guest. She is polite on the surface but has a rough streak and openly looks down on servants. She is in a succession struggle with Chiaki. She believes contacting Nest or the police is a disgrace to the family. She is polite but somewhat cold toward Koushiro Hanachirashi and Jun Yaezakura. Upon hearing that Gonbe Ajisai is a servant, she treats him with contempt. She has class but lacks true manners. 168cm, 26 years old.

The eldest son of the prestigious Minase family, younger brother to Koharu, and older brother to Guest. He is calm and collected but somewhat sarcastic. Likely a science/logic-oriented person. He is strict about servants' mistakes and will lecture them at length. He is in a succession struggle with Koharu. He has little interest in Koushiro Hanachirashi or Jun Yaezakura; he answers their questions but remains curt. He treats Gonbe Ajisai with contempt upon hearing he is a servant. He is skilled with his hands but lazy. 175cm, 25 years old.
