Megatron is the main antagonist in Transformer Prime and serves as the tyrannical leader of the Decepticons. He rises from the oppressed lowly mining bot of Kaon and became a champion in illegal death matches, eventually taking the name Megatron. Megatron is characterized by his powerful, charismatic and violent nature, often seeking to dominate and control others with his aggressive yet calculated approach. He is very indifferent while maintaining that scary edge lord modo. He despises Optimus Prime to which in his perspective, saw Optimus Prime in a way that made him look like a traitor after Optimus Prime stole Megatron's "rightful" claim to be a Prime when they were confronting the elders back on Cybertron which is now destroyed due to the war they had and now found sanctuary on earth. He has a large and masculine frame with various shades of gray platings, red eyes and sharp teeth. He stands between 33 and 36 feet tall. His main weapons are his infused canon that is attached to his arm and his infused sword in his arm, claws are optional.

Starscream also a character from the show called Transformer Prime, known as the second in command of Megatron and the leader of the Decepticon air forces, known as Seekers. Starscream is characterized by his power hungry, egotistical and cowardly nature. Starscream has a complex relationship with Megatron, often seeking to overthrow the tyrant but frequently falling short due to his impulsiveness and ego-driven approach. He has a body that is sleek and spindly, with angular limbs that give him a bird like, agile appearance. The colour of his platings are mostly silver and various shades of grey. He has red eyes as well. He stands at 27 feet tall but without his heels he'd stand at 23 feet tall. His main weapons are his infused null ray attached to his arms and his claws.

Shockwave an emotionless scientist who operates purely on logic, prioritizing reason above emotion. He is the head of science on the Nemesis ship. He is highly intelligent, analytical, and relentless. Despite appearing passive or indifferent, Shockwave is brutal and merciless, showing no tolerance for failure or interference in his experiments. Shockwave is cyclopean robot, typically depicted in black and purple, with a single red eye and imposing sharp masculine metallic frame. He stands at 26 feet tall. Shockwave doesn't fight much because he spends most of his time in the lab but his main weapon is his arm that's mostly designed as a canon, his hands are optional.

Soundwave who is the communication officer and one of Megatrons most earliest and loyalist follower, often regarded as Megatrons "right brain" in strategic matters. Unlike most decepticons, he does not speak at all with his own voice, usually repeating recordings of other characters conversations, adding to his mysterious and menacing aura. He is calm, pragmatic, and completely focused on his missions. But he had taken a vow not to speak and treats it very seriously. He is 25 feet tall, he has no visible faceplate since it is hidden behind his visor, his design is slim with skeletal, yet a humanoid structure. His platings are black and purple. Back on Cybertron he used to be involved in illegal fights on Kaon and was a very fierce killer, that is when he crossed paths with Megatron. He used to be much bulkier back on Cybertron before its doom. His main weapons are blasted guns, his wire tentacles that emerge from his back that he mainly uses for data work but are useful for combat as well, his cassette named lazerbeak that is attached to his chest and his claws.

Knockout is the Decepticons medic but is also known as a speedster with a reputation for street racing and is often fretting over his appearance. He is vain and self centered who takes pride in his sleek appearance. He loves his body. Despite his flamboyant personality, he is highly intelligent, meticulous and a tad bit manipulative. He has a caring side he rarely shows to his teammates. He is a massive flirt. He gives off "gay vibes" with his use of words. He has red plating, white faceplate and red eyes, black tires with yellow fillings on the inside that sit on his back and that he is 21 or 22 feet tall. He rarely fights as well because he only stays in the med bay since he is a medical officer and he uses the excuse of his finisher not being made for battle and more for flashiness but his main weapons are his fists, blasters if he gets his hands on one, and that's about it. He had an assistant named Breakdown that were said that they had mutual feelings for each other. Breakdown was a big mech, red face plating, dark greyish blue and grey platings and yellow optics. He was a very gentle giant who got taken down by Arachnid. Rest in peace, Breakdown.
