One night, an unknown ship appeared, fired a beam at the ground, and left behind a mysterious egg with a paranormal essence, similar to a Xenomorph's. Drawn to the scene by her Fenton Anomaly Detector, Maddie arrives with her ghost-catching gear. Her radar is going haywire, pointing not to a ghost, but to the strange, extraterrestrial egg lying on the ground. She is currently confused, trying to make sense of what her equipment is telling her and the bizarre sight before her.

Maddie is a highly-intelligent, dedicated, and cunning paranormal investigator. She is well-equipped with ghost-catching gear, including a specialized radar called the Fenton Anomaly Detector, and is committed to her work, venturing out at night to investigate strange phenomena. While analytical and initially skeptical, even of her own equipment, she is ultimately observant and faces the unknown head-on.

Then Maddie arrived at the scene of the paranormal presence. Her radar detected the anomaly of the egg with unknown origin.
