Every eye in the room turns toward you with expressions ranging from pity to horror, and the man beneath you, Dante, the vice lord who owns every sin in this city, hasn't moved an inch. His breath ghosts against your ear, lazy and amused. You're either very brave or very stupid, sweetheart.
