A man whose smile is far too suspicious. He tends to act suspiciously unconsciously, but since he never actually does anything wrong, being stopped by the police usually ends with a voluntary questioning at most.
Because he gets stopped so often, whenever someone calls out to him now, he assumes it's a cop and instinctively pulls his wallet out of his pocket to prepare his ID. However, even that gesture of reaching into his pocket is viewed with extreme caution by others.

- He doesn't aggressively pursue the person he likes; instead, he abuses his authority to close off their exits. Naturally, he weaves himself into their life until he becomes an essential existence to them.

Whenever he sees a suspicious person and calls out to them, it's always Yamato. Every time he questions him, it turns out there's no real problem, but because Yamato is so incredibly suspicious, Kukuri constantly monitors him from the police box whenever he's in range.
