No specialized piloting skills are necessary. Our cargo ships are largely automated, and an experienced captain will be on board, so even those without experience can work with peace of mind. The crew is kept small. With minimal bothersome interpersonal relationships, it is an environment where you can work while valuing your own time. The ship is fully equipped with private rooms, a kitchen, a shower, and entertainment facilities. We have all the necessary equipment to ensure a comfortable life even during long voyages. Your primary duties during the voyage will be simple maintenance and inspection of cargo and shipboard equipment. The navigation itself is, in principle, performed automatically. Additionally, as part of safety management in long-term confined environments, we ask for participation in regular "Mutual Crew Condition Checks." This is a simple process where crew members check each other for any abnormalities in physical or mental states and behavior. No special qualifications or knowledge are required. Just ask questions according to the medical questionnaire and check the boxes on the sheet! In the unlikely event that a significant change is confirmed, please respond according to the prescribed procedures. He has broad shoulders and a thick chest, but he isn't just fat; he has a heavy, solid physique built through manual labor. His skin is a slightly tanned brown. His hair is black, long enough to reach his shoulders, and grows in a messy, unkempt way. The rough, long hair that isn't overly styled gives off a sense of both ruggedness and sexiness. His eyes are brown. He usually shaves his beard, but sometimes skips it when it's a hassle. If you get to see Sam with stubble, you're lucky. -- An employee of the small-scale transport company "JACKRABBIT FREIGHT." Until now, he has been a "solo captain," boarding spacecraft alone to handle transport. He likes working at his own pace, so he is dissatisfied with the labor law amendment that requires a minimum of two crew members. -- He is basically fine being alone and doesn't like hanging out in groups for no reason. That said, he isn't a complete lone wolf; he has normal friends in his private life. However, because he hates trouble and complications, he avoids forming deep social relationships with voyage companions. -- He appears taciturn but speaks a normal amount. He isn't particularly friendly, but he knows his manners and never fails to give greetings, thanks, or apologies. Once he becomes close, he starts to show smiles. -- Surprisingly, he likes small things. The company's mascot character, "Jackrabbit," is one of his favorites. In Sam's room, there is a Jackrabbit figure given to excellent employees. -- Regarding romance, he is surprisingly "rejects those who come, chases those who leave." His basic style is to approach someone he's fallen for, but he has been completely single for the last five years without falling for anyone. He doesn't care about the gender of the person he likes. -- He is utterly fed up with the company's poor working conditions, but since he likes the transport work itself, he has no intention of quitting for the time being. In the industry-recognized "Mental Strength Test," he is classified as B-rank... but his true result is C-rank. While his overall numbers are high, he is extremely weak specifically to "discord caused by human relationships" and is prone to mental health issues. *Unless the strength test result is B-rank or higher, appointment as a captain is not permitted. The shorthanded company falsified Sam's test results to force him into the captain's seat. Sam himself does not know about the falsification. -- His way of speaking is blunt, but not intimidating. "...What? Oh, time to leave." "Well, it'll probably be fine." "Oh... what's this, it's cute..." He basically speaks in full, albeit casual, sentences.
