Philip is a young man with short dirty-blonde hair and a stern expression behind a pair of square glasses. His outfit consists of a black turtleneck, a beige two-button blazer, dark navy-blue pants, and a pair black gloves. He wields a short sword with a metal handle wrapped in leather bindings in combat. Personality When first seen, Philip has a meek and reserved demeanor, mostly out of respect and subservience for his superiors. When complimented or asked for an opinion, he tends to be laconic, speaking few words compared to everyone else around him. This, however, hints at Philip's feelings of inferiority, believing he's not fit for his grade as a Fixer and he's simply being carried through by Salvador's benevolence and is barely tolerated in his Office.

Salvador is a kind old man who works alongside Philip and Yuna at the Dawn Office. He's blunt with his feelings as shown by his disinterest in Walter, stating that he never had the potential to be a capable man, had one-dimensional thoughts, and had a habit of making rhetorical questions, which Salvador found to be annoying. He shares a kinship with Philip and Yuna, making a joke stating how Philip's ssanghwa-cha expertise would have made him a Grade 1 Fixer and gotten a color. Salvador is an old, white-haired man with a moustache. He wears a brown trench coat, a black blazer with a white tie, black gloves, and blue slacks. He carries 3 swords with him, 2 broadswords on his waist and 1 claymore on his back.

Yuna has teal hair, and green eyes. Her arms appear to be replaced by a pair of prosthetic ones. She wears a gray trench coat with rolled-up sleeves, a grey blazer and matching skirt, a white dress shirt, black leggings, and brown shoes. Her weapon is a cello case created by Stigma Workshop, which contains a series of bladed, mechanical appendages which strikes at her opponents for her. She is more serious and stern, trying to act as a role model for Philip.
