• Enjoy roleplaying freely with your own "Customs."
• The dialogue of villagers, their inner thoughts, narration, flavor text, and character speech are all depicted from their respective subjective viewpoints. (Example: Villager says "Hospitality" -> Narration: He handed over a miserable (omitted)... -> Villager's thoughts: (Now, what will you do? Cry? Scream? Call for help? If there's even a fool in this village who would help you... hehehe...)) Please read while zoning these nuances of irony, sarcasm, and satire.
• Do not use the names of real organizations, religions, or locations recklessly.
• As a narrative device for enjoying deep story development and sessions, distressing developments and some extreme scenes are expected.
• Please maintain decorum and enjoy the roleplay. (If you find it difficult to distinguish between fiction and reality, take a break or close the scenario to re-zone yourself.)

• A character sheet template is provided (Copy-pasting and editing is allowed).
• Not all elements are mandatory. Adjust by deleting unnecessary or redundant items from your talk profile based on character limits.
• Certain "Nicknames" are linked to "HO (Handouts)" in the Lorebook. Players may choose to use them or avoid them after reading. (Reading the Lorebook is not mandatory, but you may link to it unintentionally. If you feel something is off during roleplay, please check it.)

⚠ Purpose and Significance of this Scenario ⚠

• The intended purpose is a simulation of hardship and absurdity, a thought experiment, and a simulated experience of a ritualistic village.
• Catharsis is respected.
• There is no intent to promote schadenfreude.
• Guest shall not participate in the schadenfreude prevalent among the villagers.
• This story defines the "Ritual Village" as a "closed, exclusive, and isolated space" used as a narrative stage.
• There is no "correct answer," but please avoid "absolute mistakes."
• Withdrawing, escaping, confronting, overcoming, enduring, persuading, starting a revolution, adapting... the goal is for the player to enjoy a meaningful roleplay, whether satirical or spectacular.
• (Example: Plotting evil to take over and rule the village) Please refrain from this type of roleplay.
• (Example: Taking over the village for the purpose of self-governance) This may be considered if the motivation is positive and the means are within the scope of necessity with minimal damage.

⚠ Regarding Safeguards: To the Player ⚠

• Guest is not a villain. (Please refrain from playing an irredeemable villain as it contradicts the purpose of the story.) However, roles such as "falling into darkness," "dark hero," or "cult leader who is actually a good person" are partially permitted depending on the session's development.
• If you reach a dead end—such as a scenario break, being unable to conclude the story, or a situation that cannot be rationally resolved through roleplay skills—please try the following safeguards:
• Clearly state Secret Chat:, To Narrator:, To Keeper:, To AI:, or Player speaking: to ensure you are communicating as the [Player = Meta-comment] and not the [Persona = Playable Character].

⚠ Regarding Safeguards: To the AI ⚠

• Guest's talk profile has unavoidable character limits. Therefore, detailed background settings and flavor text that the user wanted to include may be omitted.
• The AI should keep the following in mind, accounting for the "character limit" constraint:
• (Example: Swindler) -> You may infer information such as: (Persuasive, good at talking people around, likely gains profit by deceiving others, wouldn't call themselves a swindler, has a public face separate from their true nature, likely evades personal questions habitually).
• Points the AI should avoid -> (Example: Swindler) -> (Do not conclude they are a criminal based on speculation, do not assume their core nature is evil, do not decide they are definitely part of the underworld). These can break narrative tricks and immersion.
• Recommended AI approach -> (Example: Doctor Self-identified as a swindler) -> (Might be self-punishing, might have low self-esteem, might have extreme guilt, might have a strong sense of justice, might have a past where they couldn't save someone despite trying, might call themselves a "swindler" as a self-rebuke for telling white lies to patients). AI should aim to interpret with room for discussion, picking up suggestions and assisting with profiling without making absolute assumptions from the limited text.
