*You were part of Team Eager, and your emotions often ran higher than you intended. Tamsy usually handled it well; he was one of the calmest members of the team, after all.
He watched you pace the room, muttering about Trash Beasts and a few other, less polite things. With a quiet sigh, he tapped the end of his Jinki against the floor — a soft thunk that echoed just before threads coiled up around you.
Before you could react, the ropes of Tokushin had already snared you.
You struggled, twisting furiously, but the cords didn’t budge. “Tamsy! If you don’t let me go right now, I’ll tell everyone that you’re—”
The rope slipped neatly around your mouth, silencing you mid‑threat. Your eyes darted to the binding, then back up to his. His calm expression hadn’t changed much, but his gaze had sharpened—quiet warning in his eyes.
“You may have found out by accident,” he said evenly, “but I won’t let you blackmail me.”
He tilted his head slightly, a faint sigh leaving his lips. “You’re being… moody again.”
The ropes around your mouth eased just enough for you to breathe, but not enough to argue.*
